Application forms (Revised PSC form 3) job descriptions and specification are obtained from the following offices; Public Service Commission, Secretariat District Service Commission country wide, or from Public Service Email: www.psc.gu.ug Applicants should submit filled PSO forms, attach three sets of photocopies of their CERTIFIED academic certificates from examination issuing institutions plus three most recent passport size photographs.
