Full Gospel Churches of Uganda seeks to recruit competent candidates to flll positions in Lyantonde, Masaka, Masindi & in western Uganda, Bushenyi, Kanungu & Rukungiri regions) in their child development holistic ministries.
Reporting Relationships:
The Project Director reports to the Project Overseer. The Child Development Officer in Charge of Health (CDO - Health) & the Child Development Officer in Charge of Sponsor - Donor Relationships (CDO-SDR) report to the Project Director.
Job Summary:
- CDO-Health (6 posts]: This will ensure planning and execution ot preventive and curative health activities that equip assisted children & caregivers with knowledge on timely and efficient health services.
- Age: 22 — 35 years Christian maturity characterized by strong Christian testimony, a heart for ministry and knowledge of the scriptures.
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
- At least two years’ experience in community related work especially dealing with children.
- A minimum of a degree in social work and social administration, Education, Nursing, Development studies, Community psychology, child ministry and any other related field.
- Computer literacy and Knowledge is an added advantage.
- Ability to learn new things and work beyond normal working hours as need may arise.
