Reports to: Head of Online Sales
Banana Phone World Limited is a registered device retailing company in Uganda, with over 23 own shops. We carry out phone and accessory transactions on wholesale, retail and e-business country-wide.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maximize online sales revenue through effective prospecting; client needs assessments and negotiations to ensure sales closure.
- Responsible for all the sales activity on a particular product line to ensure market penetration & ultimately increase market share.
- Development and review of online sales process and documentation to ensure total compliance to set standards and controls.
- Market insight and analysis to identify opportunities for corporate solutions in order to optimize market penetration.
- Customer relationship building with all existing and prospective clients by conducting periodic customer visits, and timely problem resolution.
- Online sales team management and development.
- Periodic reporting on online sales performance as per business requirement.
- Ensure Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Achievement of sales targets for multiple company Devices.
- Propose ideas which will boost consumer’s morale to purchase and improve real time performance of the whole team.
- Ensure strict work discipline for the sales team which will lead to growth of sales and minimize counterproductive behavior
- Ensure that retailers get their commission on time.
- Execute any other duties as assigned by the line manager
qualifications, Skills and Experience: - The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Economics or business related discipline
- A minimum of two years of experience in online sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership Skills
- Product Knowledge
- Target achiever and result oriented
- Customer Relations
- Willingness to work in any part of the country
- Must be a team Player
