Responsibilities
Motivation: By having fun, being the client, being passionate & doing the right thing. A pleasant work environment is the duty of all. Be friendly to your team, clients, colleagues & others. Prepare your work & make required reports.
Satisfaction:
SolarNow distinguishes itself from other companies because of its service level to clients.
You represent our company, and therefore you act accordingly. You ensure client journey
tickets are checked so we can provide information for the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle for all
staff involved in client touch activities.
Productivity:
By high service levels, more referrals/leads are generated due to clients’ receptiveness and a link is made to: the more (quality) interactions, the more leads.
Authorities
Care: First responder & whistleblower on mal-practises by notifying TL and Legal. Score Carespections.
Finances: Use the Accountability Form to plan and handle expenditures of activities within the assigned desk budget
HR moves: You have the right to develop your own Personal Development Plan
SAS: You have SAS personal access rights to: view rights on orders; follow up on all tickets.

Tasks
Attend the daily meeting, plan & report, be compliant to the Manual procedures & policies, on:
Reception:

  • Visitor: You serve visitors by greeting, directing, responding and announcing.
  • Phone/tollfree: You answer (and forward to Desks) calls while provide solutions/info
  • Postal services: You post and pick from courier and post office
  • Email: You respond and forward inquiry emails to respective desks
  • SMS: You also manage the SMS Center and respond to company emails for SolarNow
  • Social Media: You respond to ao Facebook inquiries about SolarNow.
  • Administrative: On request, manage bookings for f.e. transport, accommodation, etc.
Carespection:

  • Leadspection: You contact leads to establish care score and willingness to buy
  • Salesspection: After installation, determine the sales experience.
  • Creditspection: You contact clients without deposit or are rejected to offer solution
  • Installspection: You contact after installation and determine care score
  • Service & monitorspection: You close SAS tickets by determining care score
  • Returnspection: Annually, contact clients to determine if branches offer after-sales

Experience: Ambassadors, Replacement, Oldies, Upgrades: as per loyalty program.
Target Market Channels: you message to specific market segments for revenue
