Post: Epicenter Program Officer
Summary of the Position: Under supervision of Head of Programs, Oversee the day to day implementation of gender focused community led development programs in Food Production and Food security, income generating projects, water, sanitation and environment awareness, Vision Commitment and Action (VCA) , HIV/AIDS and Gender equality, Functional Adult Literacy (FAL) and early childhood development, women empowerment and microfinance in the districts of Mpigi, Butambala and Wakiso.
Minimum Qualification requirement
- A University Degree in Social Work and Social Administration, Development Studies or Agriculture.
- At least 3 years experience in managing development projects in non for profit organization targeting rural farmers, marginalized groups.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly computer literate.
- Self-motivated with ability to work under minimum supervision.
Should be ready to start immediately
