Uganda Kolping Society is seeking suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the under listed vacant post in her different establishments.
Post: 2 Manager Kolping Hotel
Reports to: General Manager
Remuneration: Attractive and competitive

Qualification and Person Specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Catering and Hotel Management or its equivalent from a reputable institution.
- Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
- Knowledge of strategic planning
- Knowledge of human resource management principles and procedures.
- At least 3 (three) years working experience in a busy and reputable Hotel.
- Should be Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power point etcetera)
- Should have high moral character and proven integrity.
- Manage, lead and direct the Hotel Management Team and entire establishment;
- Coordinate the planning (budgets), implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Hotel activities in consultation with the General Manager;
- Setting and achieving sales and profit targets;
- Evaluate current business processes and systems;
- Review performance data (financial, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure; productivity, goal progress and activity levels to maximize growth through turnover and profit contribution;
- planning work schedules for individuals and teams;
- Deal with customer complaints in a professional manner;
- Manage and maintain the administration of all reservations, cancellations and no-shows, in line with company policy;
