Job details:
A private security operating firm in Western Uganda with main Headquarters in Bushenyi wishes to recruit Human Resource Officer.
He / She should possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution or Postdated Diploma in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
- Previous security training in Police, Army or Prisons is preferable.
- Age, he/she should be between 30-40 years
- Experience- 2years and above in similar organization,
- Shall be responsible for personnel file and personal matters,
- Responsible for organizing training and refresher courses
- Responsible for interpretation and application of staff manual.
- Any other a signed personnel management work from time to time.
