In order to serve our customers better with wider range of services and products, Board and Management has future plans of becoming a regulated financial Institution in Uganda —Tier 2 and thus the need to fill the positions of Head of HR & Training, Head of Banking Operations, Risk Manager, Logistics officer, Administration Officer -Records Management, Administration Officer, Support and Maintenance to meet the needs of the transforming entity.
Position: Head of Banking Operations
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Purpose: The Head Banking Operations will perform strategic, administrative, financial management and business development and support roles by organizing and supervising banking services and operations related functions and activities. Interfaces with all key stake holders in the financial sector, set and review policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of a Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Banking, Microfinance, Commerce, Finance, Statistics or other related field, a Master’s in business is an added advantage and an 8yr banking experience
