AIRD Uganda is a non-governmental, non-political, non-religious and non-profit making international NGO. AIRD is currently working in 9 African countries in East, Central and West Africa.
AIRD’s objectives is to offer operational support, including but not limited to; supply chain, logistics, construction, infrastructure, environment, livelihoods and WAH in partnership with relief and development organisations which focus on disaster-affected and development oriented areas.
AIRD is seeking for qualified personnel (internal and external) to fill the position to be implemented in 2018:
Job Title : Human Resource Officer
Location: Kampala and field offices
Responsible For: Co-ordinating AIRD HR activities

Job Summary:
Working in co-ordination with all staff to ensure that all tasks are carried out in accordance with the HR SOP.
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources Management or General Management
  • Minimum of 3 years in Human resource practice preferably in an NGO. Additional Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to represent and report writing skills. (Leadership skills)
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Computer skills
