AIRD Uganda is a non-governmental, non-political, non-religious and non-profit making international NGO. AIRD is currently working in 9 African countries in East, Central and West Africa.
AIRD’s objectives is to offer operational support, including but not limited to; supply chain, logistics, construction, infrastructure, environment, livelihoods and WAH in partnership with relief and development organisations which focus on disaster-affected and development oriented areas.
AIRD is seeking for qualified personnel (internal and external) to fill the position to be implemented in 2018:
Job Title: M&E Assistants
Location: Field settlements
Responsible For: Assisting in providing support to monitoring and evaluating of ongoing projects in the field.
Job Summary: Assisting M&E officers to assess all IRD field activities and making sure ongoing works are as per the Al D policies and procedures and donor requirements.
Job Qualifications:

Job Qualifications:
- Degree of Bachelor of Social sciences, community development or any other related course with M&E as a major
- Knowledge and understanding of Project monitoring and evaluation
- Understanding of the current M&E trends and especially M&E systems in NGO’s
- At least two years experience in project management
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skit s
- Decision-making skills
- Computer Skills
