Job-Title: Regional Health Coordinator
Job Location: Gulu

Core Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform activities pertaining to the operational management, supportive supervision & coordination of program activities with in the region. _
- Provide mentorship, coaching & necessary support to the Area Health coordinators, Project Assistants and CHPs to resolve issues and take administrative actions accordingly.
- Ensure proper implementation of the program activities through monitoring of the key indicators of implementation and submit necessary reports to the program manager.
- Ensure uptake of mobile application by all CHPs in the region, timely reporting by the AHC & PAH
- Assist the health team Br program manager as needed with donor visits, staff trainings & stakeholder liaisons especially with local government
- Carryout necessary field visits to ensure effective program implementation.
- Strongly practice and maintain (uphold/conduct) organization’s values & health ethical values objectivity in all activities and ensure other team members are adhering to it through their activities
- Bachelor's degree in health related fields (preferred field Nursing, Public health and Clinical Medicine).
- 2-3 years health related experience in direct Community Health work is a plus.
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders and especially government (district, health center and local level officials)
- Ability to ably speak the local languages in the above locations is added advantage.
- Should possess good interpersonal, supervisory and mentorship skills to mobilize & inspire trust among team members as well as the community to drive performances on health and sales '
- Good communication skills, computer skills (MS office proficiency), Report writing planning and analytical skills are a must .
