Uganda Microcredit Foundation Limited ( UMF ) a fast growing microfinance institution in Uganda offering inclusive financial and non-financial services to small and medium enterprises in rural and urban areas of Uganda.
UMF is seeking to recruit motivated and qualified individuals to take up the position of 12 Credit Officers
Key duties and responsibilities of Credit Officer
- A Credit Officer is responsible for the recruitment and training of clients in UMF Group/individual lending Credit Policies and Procedures. He/ She will implement UMF procedures during registration, loan application, appraisal,-and loan disbursement.
- Possession of a good University Degree in any business related course.
- Work experience of 2 to 3 3 years in a busy financial institution.
- Able to market and recruit potential clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player and result oriented.
- High integrity, innovative, creative and self-driven
