A leading ISO Certified Paints Company in Uganda is seeking to recruit dynamic, competitive, trustworthy, qualified individuals to fill the following positions:
Sales Executives - 2 Positions
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain cordial relation with existing clients.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Meet sales and collection targets in assigned area/region.
- Update management on market intelligence and sales activities through daily reports.
- Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history, identifying alternate means for filling orders, notifying customers and generating orders.
- Handle customer complaints satisfactorily.
- Maintain customer database by inputting customer profiles. Knowledge, Experience and
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with Sales & Marketing or related field.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in the building material construction industry and or proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Should be able to serve existing dealers and support them by establishing retail network.
