Responsibilities
Motivation By having fun, being the client, being passionate & doing the right thing. A pleasant work environment is the duty of all, so also you. Motivating and guiding performance of regional managers is primary Responsibility
Client Satisfaction
By excellent client care. SolarNow distinguishes itself from other companies because of its service level to clients. Ensure utmost client centricity in the regions as per set metrics
Productivity: By hard diligent structured work. Ensure minimum set target productivity in the zone per month.
Profitability: By cost-consciousness. Ensure the zone is making a profit for the company.
Credit & Service
By receiving directives and assigning them to staff members. Ensure Zonal credit and service figures are under control
Authorities

  • Reporting: Daily Reporting Performance and activities for 6 sales regions
  • Budget: Advise SM on the sales budget and ensure teams remain in budget. This includes expenses for Facilitation and Bonus.
  • Prioritize: Prioritize projects of Regional Managers together with the SM. Have the right to have formalized requests to other Desks.
  • Finances: Check, verify and approve Regional Manager Accountability Forms and finance applications.
  • HR moves Propose and Approve all HR moves within assigned Zone.
  • SAS Have complete access rights in SAS to Zonal sales information.
Tasks

  • Plan & Report: Ensure the regional managers have a clear plan to do: where to go, what to do, how much to spend, who to support, understanding the season, reporting with the right forms.
  • Projects: Manage projects within zone to improve performance through regional managers
  • Supervision: Keep an eye on all relevant information in the assigned Zone and make plans to engage regional managers daily.
  • Tracking: Track performance of regions and guide performance of the regional managers
    Performance & Incentives: a bonus scheme starts from 6m UGX average zonal revenue onward. This is also the minimum acceptable performance level (6m average 3 months) below which PIP and warnings occur.
