Repair: fix incoming products and handle them accordingly (dispose, send back, second hand, etc) within 7 days of arrival.

- Service: Do installations; do service; do repair - and solve it once below 10$ quickly.
- Finances: Use the Accountability Form to plan and handle expenditures of activities within the assigned desk budget
- HR moves: You have the right to develop your own Personal Development Plan
- SAS: You have SAS personal access rights to: see and push on service tickets.

Installation
- Site Survey: execute site surveys within 7 days on request of staff, adhering to policies.
- Quotation: develop quotation within 7 days on request of staff.
- Installation: support installation within 7 days on request of staff. Do LSHS Service cases!
- Service Action: plan, travel and tackle service cases (phone and visit) within 7 days in
your region. Make on the spot swaps if possible; repair; or bring to workshop. - Prevention: in the neigbourhood of service cases, make random spot prevention visits.
