MTI-Uganda is seeking to recruit highly competent, dynamic and experienced candidates to fill the following position:

Reports to: Director Operations
JOB SUMMARY:
- Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing , productivity, quality, resolving problems; Participating in external and internal audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change. Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action,
- Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Experience: 4 years progressive experience in managing multi donor projects. Previous management experience.
Experience In proposal writing.
Interviews will happen on a rolling basis.
