Job Title: Senior Human Resource Officer
Reports to: Human Resource Operations Manager
Purpose: To plan and implement talent management, and performance management initiatives that attract, leverage and retain talent in line with the Bank's strategy
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor of Human Resources Management, Organisational and industrial Psychology or related field
- A post graduate qualification is an added advantage
- A minimum oi three years’ experience in Human Resource Management in a busy corporate setting
