Reports to: Operations Manager
Job Summary
Aims for a happy Client, Support the Team on a daily with the reduction in the percentage of service tickets and waiting time of the service tickets.
Responsibilities & performance indicators
Responsibility
  1. Ensure client satisfaction
  2. Support on a daily with the reduction on the %age of unassigned tickets Vs the overall open tickets to a target of less than 10%
  3. Service Officer weekly productivity reporting with reasons for under-performance, and plans for improvement Service Officer cumulative productivity reporting for each quarter
  4. Prepare the product movement forms timely for signing & ensure the components are moved as per the movement process & the reverse logistics file is shared on a weekly.
  5. Normal review and check of Logistics deliveries Setting/reviewing of criticality of service tickets based on severity and time.
  6. Prepare the bi-weekly facilitation for the service Team & will be verified by the Line Manager before payment.
  7. Monthly Carespection score for Service Officers

Tasks
Meeting: Monthly

  • Plans, Attends and Contributes to the Team Meeting at the end of the month
  • Presents results for the month with improvements to be sent to Service Manager.
  • Prepares & Plans for the service officers as per the portfolio based on criticality in the new month.
Additional tasks as team leader
A team leader has the responsibility, authority and task:

  • Hold weekly ( Mon, Wed & Friday / monthly team meetings (optionally by phone)
  • Coaches & recommends training needs as a first line resource
  • Handles day-to-day operations of the service team
  • Supervises staff
  • Notices trends & advises service Manager on PIP / PDP progress
Minimum Job Requirements
Education

  • Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent.
Experience
+1 year related work experience in service
Special skills and Competencies

  • Ability to mentor & coach the Team to attain results,
  • Motivate the Team to meet the KPIs
