lgara- Buhweju Tea farmers Sacco is a newly formed SACCO registered with Ministry of Trade and cooperatives. Membership is composed of Tea farmers and Tea workers in greater Bushenyi District. It is seeking to recruit competent personnel in following positions. The SACCO is an equal opportunity employer and female candidates are encouraged to apply
Title: 2 Credit Officers
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Recruitment of new members to save
- Appraising and recommending loan disbursements to qualifying guaranteed members
- Ensuring that disbursed loans are paid
- Weekly reporting to the manager on performance of member savings and loans
- Bachelor's Degree in business related programs, Microfinance, agribusiness 8. cooperatives management.
- Must have worked with a reputable SACCO for at least 1 year and above in similar positions.
- Age between 25-35 yrs.
