BRAC UGANDA, Health-Program BRAC’s health program trains, supervises and manages 4,075 community Health Promoters (CHPs) focusing on provision of reproductive, maternal, neonatal & child health care (RM- NCH), reducing vulnerability to communicable diseases and improving nutrition.
Job Title: Project Supervisor (vision spring project)
Location: Country office
Duties and Responsibilities:
- implementation of Reading glasses project at all branches and at CHP Level
- Liaise with Regional, Area & branch level staff to ensure quality & successful implementation of the project
- Develop Successful marketing activities throughout the year to support CHP Work & sales.
- Build CHP’s capacities for successful screening & sale of glasses.
- Liaise with the supply chain team for seamless placement, production & dispatch of orders.
- Prepare ,monthly & quarterly Progress reports on the project progress
- Uphold the health ethical values at all times.
- Bachelors degree in a business related preferably marketing.
- Minimum of 2 years‘ experience in marketing health products & community work.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Excellent marketing & promotion skills
- Very strong analytical & report writing skills
- Good interpersonal skills &Communication skills
