About the Role: The Training officer will contribute to capacity building of new and existing staff through championing company learning and development programs
Objectives

Main tasks
1. New Hire Induction Program Training
Conduct formal Sales, Credit and Client Care training for New Hire Trainees with over 36000 Training Man Hours annually with Emphasis on Trainee Revenue at the end of Traineeship
2. Conduct Repeat/Refresher Trainings
Conduct Repeat Sales, Credit and Client Care Trainings based on Gap analysis & product updates with pre and post assessment
3. Coaching and mentorship
Conducting formal coaching sessions with Client Service Officers,
4. Routine Module Review and update
Champion formal review of Sales, Credit and Client Care Module(s) and formulate recommendations on how to enhance Periodically
5. Planning and Logistics
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure proper planning for new and repeat trainings. Taking care of all Technical logistical requirements and meeting up the trainees from time to time to ensure smooth flow of the training.
6. Documentation and reporting
Document and report all trainings conducted & initiatives
7. Any other duties assigned by the Manager TargetsTraining Man Hours
- Trainee Sales Productivity during Traineeship (These are reviewed periodically based on the overall business Targets)
- Passionate & Proactive enough with willingness to learn
- Computer Literate especially; Power Point and Presentation Skill& Microsoft word & good excel skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous record of engagement in training, facilitating, coaching and mentoring will be an added advantage
- Minimum Academic Qualification: Degree in any business related Course
