Amaani Rwenzori! is a youth development centre supporting vocational skills training in its own workshops and in private workshops in Fort Portal town, managed by Welthungerhilfe (international NGO) and YES (national NGO). Amaani Rwenzori! Operates a well-equipped pottery workshop of; pottery and in the beauty salon named the beauty garage.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tasked with planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring of the pottery workshop processes including production and training.
- Support in sourcing pottery raw materials, marketing and sales of pottery products and carry out market research in the trade of pottery and incorporate the market demands in production and training
- Encourage and mentor the trainees to embrace skills training in pottery; enhance development of appropriate work-related attitudes, habits and behavior.
- The applicant should preferably hold a certificate in pottery and or ceramics from a recognized institution, a diploma is an added advantage
- Substantial working experience in pottery and or ceramic field with a reputable organization/ institution/company both in production and as a trainer.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership skills and capable of working in a team; with ability to effectively coach and develop trainees.
- Should be able to express him/her self in English, Runyakitara is an added advantage
- Being IT literate is an added advantage
- Capacity to meet tight targets/deadlines, reliably and with efficiency
