Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the following vacant post existing in the Uganda Institute of Information and Communications Technology (UICT), Kampala. UICT is a Public Tertiary Institution established by Statutory Instrument No. 79 of October, 2005, and managed and operated by Uganda Communication Commission (UCC) according to the UCC Act, 2013.
Post: Institute Secretary
Grade: UICT/02
Reporting to: Principal
Main Purpose of the Post .
The institute Secretary (IS) is responsible for the effective day-to-day administration of the institute to ensure that all support services are functioning well enough to facilitate cost- effective execution of UICT’s mandate.
Terms and Conditions of Employment
Successful candidates for the above post will sign a 5-year renewable contract with the institute.
