AIRD Uganda is a non-governmental, non-political, non-religious and non-profit making international NGO. AIRD is currently working in 9 African countries in East, Central and West Africa.
AIRD’s objectives is to offer operational support, including but not limited to; supply chain, logistics, construction, infrastructure, environment, livelihoods and WAH in partnership with relief and development organisations which focus on disaster-affected and development oriented areas.
AIRD is seeking for qualified personnel (internal and external) to fill the position to be implemented in 2018:
Job Title: Assistant Human Resource Officers
Location: Kampala and Field settlements
Responsible For: Assist in Coordinating AIRD HR field Activities
Job Summary:
Working in co-ordination with the Human Resource Officer and other Staff to ensure that all HR tasks are carried out in accordance with the HR SOP.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree in Human resources Management bachelors’ degree in Business Studies with a major in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum of 2 years in human resource practice preferably in an NGO
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good report writing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Computer S ills.
