JOB DETAILS:
Uganda Printing and Publishing Corporation ( UPPC), is a state Corporation established by the Uganda Printing and Publishing Corporation Act (Cap.330 of the Laws of the Republic of Uganda). The Corporation is mandated to provide security printing and publishing services to the Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies and to private individuals and organizations. UPPC developed a five year strategic plan (2017/18-2021/22) and carried out an organizational review intended to create a robust organizational structure that would enable it to deliver on the strategic plan. The outcome of this review is the need for the recruitment of the following key position:
Title: Human Resource and Administration Manager
Reports to: Managing Director
Job Purpose:
To plan, implement, manage, monitor and appraise the Corporations human resource and administrative systems and policies in line with prevailing labour laws and best practices with the aim of capacitating the Corporation to deliver its services effectively and efficiently.
Qualification:
At least 6 years working experience in a Human Resource management function.

Qualification:
- Master's degree in HRM or Organizational Psychology/ Development or a Master in Business Administration (HR track) or a Master in Public Administration from recognised institutions.
- A Bachelor‘s degree in Social Sciences or industrial & Organizational Psychology or Human Resource Management or Business Management (HR option) or Public Administration.
- Membership to any Human Resource body is an added advantage.
At least 6 years working experience in a Human Resource management function.
