JOB DETAILS:
AIRD Uganda is a non-governmental, non-political, non-religious and non-profit making international NGO. AIRD is currently working in 9 African countries in East, Central and West Africa.
AIRD’s objectives is to offer operational support, including but not limited to; supply chain, logistics, construction, infrastructure, environment, livelihoods and WAH in partnership with relief and development organisations which focus on disaster-affected and development oriented areas.
AIRD is seeking for qualified personnel (internal and external) to fill the position to be implemented in 2018:
Job Title : IT Officers
Location: Kampala and field settlements
Responsible For: Managing and overseeing all lT related issues in the organization.
Job Summary: Offering IT technical support to stand make sure that organizations computer systems are kept as reliable and efficient as possible under the supervision of the operations manager.
Job Qualifications:
- A degree in information Technology
- At least three years’ working experience in similar position.
- Ability to work in any part of the country.
- Should be ready to have frequent field visits. .
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of honesty and integrity
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced computer skills in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentation, Creating forms, org charts, mail merges, labels, name tags, charts and graphs, pivot tables, presentations wit
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Willingness to work in any part of the country
