In line with this, Oxfam in Uganda brings together the joint skillsets of its staff and partners (humanitarian, long/term development, and advocacy) to achieve change at the national level. We do this by building networks, platforms and coalitions with like-minded Civil society actors who campaign with us and lobby duty bearers to bring about change. Oxfam in Uganda also supports and engages in Oxfam's global campaigns, guaranteeing that Uganda is present on the world's most pressing issues. We have recently launched our inequality report and campaign, which considers the dimensions of poverty and drivers of inequality in Uganda. This is aimed attending inequality in Uganda. We are committed to providing thought leadership on important development issues in the country.
To help contribute to these commitments, we are looking for qualified professionals for the following roles:
Post: Driver (Based in Arua)
The driver will be responsible for providing secure and timely driving services to support passengers and/or official goods and any other tasks as required by the field logistics coordinator. The job holder must have a clean driving record and drivers license.
