Main Job Responsibilities:
The job holder is responsible for the following; Reinforcement of the Company’s integrity policy through development, implementation and reporting on the Group policies on Compliance and Anti-Corruption in the Company. Support the reporting activities required of the Compliance Coordinators and Fraud Risk Coordinators in accordance with Company and Group policies and procedures. Analyzing Fraud incidents and defining and coordinating and action plan for follow up purposes. Advising the different entities on the procedures related to the Compliance programs. In addition, establishing and maintaining a secure database/document conservation system for due diligence documents as per Group rules. Ensuring availability of up to date information on Anti-Corruption law, rules and regulations in liaison with the legal department. Reporting periodically on compliance activities as may be required by the Company and the Group.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry with good understanding of oil& Gas Operations
- In depth knowledge and significant seniority of Legal and compliance matters in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Clear understanding of international conventions and regulations on compliance and anti-corruption
- Excellent numeracy, analytical, communication and organizational skills
