BRAC UGANDA, Health-Program BRAC’s health program trains, supervises and manages 4,075 community Health Promoters (CHPs) focusing on provision of reproductive, maternal, neonatal & child health care (RM- NCH), reducing vulnerability to communicable diseases and improving nutrition.
Job Title: Logistics Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Logistics Officers in overseeing deliveries of medicine & other supplies to all BRAC health branches country wide
- Liaise with the pharmacist, Project Assistants, Area & Regional Coordinators to meet delivery schedules.
- Coordinate shipments between country office and the branches and also assist in loading &offloading of the products
- Assist in monthly stock taking & reconciling inventory records with physical stock counts
- Assist in the organization& supervision of warehouse casual laborers & pick-up drivers.
- Uphold the health ethical values at all times.
- Minimum of a Diploma in Procurement &Logistics/ Supply Chain Management.
- At least 1 years’ experience in maintaining large stock especially health products.
- Computer literacy and ability to think quickly, logically and analytically.
- Proficiency in records preparing & maintaining
- Good Communication skills
