Position: Programme Manager
Reports to: Programmes Coordinator
Duties:
- Coordinating Programme activnies across the country
- Supporting programme monitoring and evaluation
- Effective leadership. interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams.
- Conversant with report writing oi Programme activities.
- Sound business case development and approvals skills
- Good knowledge in proposal writing especially UN agency requirement.
- Good knowledge of programme and project management methods.
- Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
- Sufficient seniority and credibility to adverse project teams on their projects in relation to the programme.
- A Masters degree in Human Nutrition, Public Health Nutrition, Food security and any other related fields.
- A Postgraduate diploma in Project Planning is an added advantage.
- Should have over five years of working experience in health and Nutrition programming in a developing country.
