Title: SACCO General Manager
Job Description: Reporting to the Sacco executive Board and responsible to manage Sacco‘s day to day activities and operations.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for Management of well-motivated team
- Develop and implement financial system including, accounting policies and procedures.
- Prepare monthly work plans and budgets
- Prepare monthly Reports to the board on performance of the SACCO
- Responsible for recruiting of more members and growth of the SACCO
- Ensure increased saving mobilization and loan portfolio
- Ensuring that SACCO stakeholders are informed on performance and progress of Sacco activities.
- Together with Board, develop strategic plan that would give direction to the operations of the SACCO
- Any other role as may be determined by the board.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance, BBA, BCOM or any relevant course. Professional course in accounting is an added advantage
- Must have worked with a reputable SACCO for at least 3 years and above in senior management positions.
- Age between 30-45 yrs.
