Amaani Rwenzori is to recruit suitably qualified female or male person to fill two job vacancies as indicated her below in its well equipped pottery workshop of; pottery and in a beauty salon name the Beauty Garage.

Reports to: Workshop Manager
Duty station: Fort Porta, Kabarole

Qualification and person specification.
- A certiļ¬cate in pottery and or ceramics from a recognized institution,’ a diploma is an added advantage '
- Substantial working experience in pottery and or ceramic field-with a reputable organization/ institution/company both in production and as a trainer.
- Well - developed interpersonal, communication, leadership skills and capable of working in a team; with ability to effectively coach and develop trainees. '
- Should be able to express him/her self in English, Runyakitara is an added advantage
- Being IT literate is an added advantage
- Capacity to meet tight targets/deadlines, reliably and with efficiency
- Undertake a role in planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring of the pottery workshop processes including production and training.
- Support in sourcing pottery raw materials, marketing and sales ol pottery products and carry out market research in the trade of pottery and ‘incorporate the market demands in production and training
- Encourage and mentor the trainees to embrace skills training in pottery; enhance development of appropriate work-related attitudes, habits and behavior.
