Job application procedure
Pader District Service Commission invites applications from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the position of District Health Officer in the service of Pader District Local Government.
Applications should be submitted in triplicate on Public Service Form (PSF 3) (Revised 2008) to the Secretary District Service Commission, P.0. BOX 1, Pader to be received not later than 5pm on Tuesday 19th December 2017.
The application forms are obtainable from Pader District Service Commission registry other District Service Commissions registries across the country or Ministry of Public Service. Applicants who are already serving should route their application forms through their heads of departments who should be informed of the closing date to avoid delay.
Applications should bear the title of the post as well as reference number specified against the " All applicants should attach three sets of certified photocopies of academic certificates, testimonials and three (3) copies of their recent passport size photographs. Female applicants are encouraged to apply.
Applicants who shall not hear from the District Service Commission on completion of the selection exercise should consider themselves unsuccessful.
