REPORTST O: SENIOR PROTOCOL OFFICER (TICKETING)
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide support in securing travel bookings, maintain proper system of air ticket transactions and protocol services.
Required Qualification and working Experience
- An Honours Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication or Procurement or Transport and Logistics, or Commerce Marketing option, or Business Administration or Tourism and Travel or Hotel Management or Leisure and Hospitality or Artsorany other Honours Degree.
- IATA/UFIAA Diploma in Tours and Travel is a must.
- Travel Agency training or Ticketing Certificate is desirable.
- Good customer care and client relation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate competency in IT skills
- Good analytical skills
- To collect information on travel regulations and restrictions 4
- To keep an update record of travel transactions and costs of air tickets.
- To secure travel bookings.
- To collect air tickets from Airlines.
- To regularly review and reconcile airline statements.
- To submit complete air travel invoices for payment.
- To provide protocol services.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time .
