REPORTS TO: PRINCIPAL PROTOCOL OFFICER
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To process air tickets, coordinate air travels and provide protocol services in Parliament.
Required Qualification and working Experience

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To process air tickets, coordinate air travels and provide protocol services in Parliament.
Required Qualification and working Experience
- An Honours Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication or Procurement or Transport and Logistics, or Commerce Marketing option, or Business Administration or Tourism and Travel or Hotel Management or Leisure and Hospitality or Arts or any other Honours Degree,
- IATA/UFTAA Diploma in Tours and Travel is a must.
- Travel Agency Training or Ticketing Certiļ¬cate is desirable.
- Should have at least three(3)years’ relevant working experience in air ticketing.
- Good customer care and client relation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate competency in IT skills
- Good analytical skills
- Good supervisory skills
- To secure and confirm travel bookings.
- To review travel plans.
- To provide advisory support on travel requirements to clients in accordance with the law.
- To follow up on official ticket changes and refunds for unused or cancelled air tickets.
- To provide ticketing support services to travelers while abroad.
- To provide protocol services.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
