AIRD Uganda is a non-governmental, non-political, non-religious and non-profit making international NGO. AIRD is currently working in 9 African countries in East, Central and West Africa.
AIRD’s objectives is to offer operational support, including but not limited to; supply chain, logistics, construction, infrastructure, environment, livelihoods and WAH in partnership with relief and development organisations which focus on disaster-affected and development oriented areas.
AIRD is seeking for qualified personnel (internal and external) to fill the position to be implemented in 2018:
Job Title : Central Medical Store officers
Location: Kampala and field offices
Responsible For: Working in collaboration with the Medical Supply chain manager and the pharmacy technician to ensure safety of drugs
Job Summary: Ensuring safety of the drug stores
Job Qualifications:
- A University/Degree in stores management or any other related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience is required
- Experience in the use of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etcé} and knowledge of spread sheet an database packages Additional Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of honesty and integrity
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Willingness to work in any part of the Country
